Regal33 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the regal33 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the regal33 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use the regal33 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your state or region of residence, whichever is higher.
- Not being located in a jurisdiction where participation in online betting or gaming activities is prohibited.
- Registering an account using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information.
- Not representing any company, organisation, or other entity without valid written authorisation.
Regal33 reserves the right to reject any registration request or terminate the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements or fails to provide the required proof of identity upon request.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the regal33 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account username and password strictly confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
- Notifying the regal33 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Using a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
Regal33 shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding their account.
Account Suspension & Closure
Regal33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately under the following circumstances: fraud or platform abuse, violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a violation, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a regal33 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes that comply with Malaysian law. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or otherwise compromise the security of regal33's systems or servers.
- Posting or distributing content that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, or unlawful.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or illegal activity using this platform.
- Using your regal33 account for money laundering or financing any illegal activities.
- Sharing or selling your account to any third party.
Regal33 reserves the right to take legal action against any user who violates these rules, including reporting them to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the regal33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of approved local payment methods, including online bank transfers, authorised e-wallets, and other payment methods listed on the platform.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform at the time of transaction. All deposits are subject to a verification process, the duration of which may vary depending on the payment method used. regal33 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). regal33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Funds will be processed to the account registered under the same user's name and cannot be transferred to a third party. Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times are subject to our current policy and may change from time to time.
Unauthorised Transactions
If regal33 detects or suspects any unauthorised transactions, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behaviour, we reserve the right to freeze funds, suspend the account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Regal33 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes or game results. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions when using this platform.
Regal33 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled or unplanned maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions to the service.
Intellectual Property
All content on the regal33 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, source code, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of regal33 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The regal33 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. regal33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Regal33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email.
Continued use of the regal33 platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the regal33 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
